we're up and heading out...but not before stopping to grab our free breakfast (i love it when my breakfast is included). i'm still surprised that cleaveland is our next stop - in my mind that's just not the way the map looks - but clearly i am no expert on the matter and have decided, instead, to simply trust the atlas. i'll be back once we hit chicago with pictures and more.
on a different note, i have been meaning to post this news for awhile but simply have been distracted by the fact that i am moving my life across the country. i have heard through the grapevine that my brother, known on this blog (and at times in real life) as THE KING, has requested a name change. while i have never meant KING as a negative (it simply reflects what i understand to be reality) i am open to change - and decide to view his request as a sign that we are all...growing. and besides, there is a name that is more authentic to my brother who lives in chicago and is much more deeply rooted in our shared history: FOX - if you are reading this, don't say i never sacrificed myself for you :)
alright, ABN just shut off the shower which means its time for me to zip up my bag. i'm wearing my chacos - this must really be an adventure!
