we're here! i can't believe it! after having a minor panic attack as we got off the freeway we pulled up to our apartment (well the apartment we will be in until september). SWEET! it is awesome! huge one bedroom, bamboo floors throughout, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, rain shower, adorable patio with a lemon tree...CENTRAL AIR! i promptly announced that i would no longer be looking for a new apartment because, well, i was never ever going to leave this one! it's incredible. i can't wait to cook in the huge kitchen and read under my tree. you know, i'll explore cafes too but it's going to be really hard to walk outside the apartment. i've spent the last hour setting up the dvr to record all my favorites and drinking wine that we bought at the santa fe wine festival.
