when i started working at PINEAPPLE NATION i got a PN credit card - for two reasons: 1. if i'm buying clothes there (for my entire family) i may as well earn some points for free things and 2. for every card i open, i get credit (towards what?) including my own. it's been a good thing to have, in general. today i went to pay the card online instead of waiting for the bill and i have to say, it is the sketchiest website ever. it crashed twice, as i was entering "secure" information and left me feeling very insecure. mragh.
i'm having a tough time keeping my eyes open today. they are heavy and seem to be slowly blinking more than usual. i hoping that the coffee that is currently coursing through my veins begins to kick in soon. i'm only working for a couple of hours today and then i'll treat myself to a manicure (it's hugely possible that i'll fall asleep in the chair - classy).
i bought these gorgeous flowers before book club that are sitting on my coffee table, in my favorite pitcher. they are red and yellow and golden orange and they make me incredibly happy to look at. especially the red berries. fresh flowers, from a florist, make me...happy.
